Q.  How long have you been in business?
A.  Max's PictureThis has been open for over 2 years and our executive staff has a combined 11 years of experience in the event photo favors industry. With a dedication to maintaining exceptional quality of our products and services, and our growing list of happy customers, we plan to be in the industry for many, many, many years to come! Q.  Out of your 2 services, superimposition and elegant portraits, which one is more suitable for my event?
A.  Both services are perfectly suitable for any event but each has its own benefits and attractions. Elegant portraits will allow us to serve more of your guests as the process is as simple as take the photo and print it out. On the other hand, our superimposition service allows your guests to be more involved in the photo creation process. Visit the appropriate navigation tabs to learn more about each service and decide what fits your event best. And of course, please give us a call at 888-WOW-FAVORS if you would like some help on the decision. So the choice is yours, elegant portraits or superimposition? For my party, I would pick both.
Q.  Is this for adults, kids or both?
A.  Our service is enjoyed by both kids and adults alike (and probably even more by adults if there's alcohol served at the event!!). We offer fun for the youngest of young to the oldest of old and everybody in between.
Q.  Can you customize any backgrounds for my event?
A.  Not only can we absolutely customize backgrounds for you event but we recommend you to do so!! While some companies charge extra for the customization we include it free of charge in every package because we want you to have the most unique and memorable party possible!! By giving your guests options they have never seen before we move a big step closer in this direction!
Q.  Do you have any other backgrounds / photo favors than what's up on your site?
A.  In our overall catalogue we have well over a thousand backgrounds and over a hundred different photo favors. We have selected the ones we have found worked best for weddings here on this site but please do feel free to take a look at our total catalogue if you want some additional ideas!! Q.  Are your workers professional and courteous? In the past I've had some bad experiences with impolite staff.?
A.  Professional and courteous? Absolutely! Before we even consider letting someone join the PictureThis team they have to pass the "Personality Test." Friendly and professional service is our top priority, equal only to the commitment of our exceptional quality in every photo favor we create.
Q.  If we have a dress code will your workers adhere to it?
A.  We definitely will!! Our team will do everything possible to cater to your needs and be a perfect fit to your party. Black tie? No problem! Outfits to match the event's planned color scheme? Absolutely! Hula skirts and coconut bras? Maybe, we'll talk about it.
Q.  If some of my guests get a little drunk, will your workers be able to handle them?
A.  We definitely can! We have worked hundreds of parties and believe me, yours will not be the first that serves alcohol. From corporate events with open bars to huge weddings with hundreds of guests having the times of their lives, we've seen it all…and are ready for more to come.
Q.  Do you have any references?

Q.  How early will your workers arrive to set up?
A.  Our workers always arrive two hours in advance to set up.  Set-up realistically only takes about 40 minutes but we like to give ourselves a little buffer time in case (knock-on-wood) anything crazy may happen to come up.  A smooth performance is our number one priority, so we take all necessary steps to ensure the complete satisfaction for you and your guests.
Q.  I noticed you are based out of Brooklyn, NY. My party is kind of far from there, would you be able to make it?
A.  Distance is never a problem as we normally serve the entire East Coast and make seldom trips to the West. Varying with your venue's location, travel arrangements will be taken care of; simply call and speak with one of our friendly representatives and they will be more than happy to answer any questions you have. Q.  Do you require a lot of room while you are at the party?
A.  We require minimal room at your venue: 8' by 6' operational space with a table or two, 2 chairs, and if possible not too close to the DJ's 6 feet tall speakers. Take a look at our setup by clicking on the "How It Works" navigation tab.
Q.  Ok Fabulous, I want to book you for my upcoming event. What is the next step?
A.  We're glad you decided to go with Max's PictureThis and guarantee that we will approach your event as if it is our own. The next step is to complete our booking form by either calling 888-WOW-FAVORS (888-969-3286) or by simply clicking on "Book Us Now" located on the left side of the website and filling out our online booking form. It is important to let us know of your event as soon as possible to guarantee availability for your date and to give us some time to prepare and create anything custom.
Once we receive your booking form, we will draw up a service agreement, which will include all the details and specifics for your event, and deliver it to you first class. Then sit tight until your event and prepare to have the time of your life!!!
